PLEASE NOTE:

All regular stock product (current/not discontinued) is returnable without offset for up to 12 months after purchase.
A 15% restock applies to anything being returned after a 6-month period.
Special order product may be returned for up to 60 days at a 25% restock from date of PO issued (excluding all custom build product).
Special order product may be returned up to 90 days from date of PO issued at a 50% restock.
Any special order product outstanding longer than 90 days becomes non-returnable.
Fiberglass caps can be returned on a case-by-case basis at a 50% restock. Please contact your local CTP sales rep to discuss options. Not all fiberglass is returnable, unfortunately.
Freight is non-refundable.
Product will be picked up on next delivery to your facility on our local CTP truck, or you may drop off after the RGA is approved.
If we do not have a truck in that area, the product needs to be shipped freight prepaid at the cost of the customer. Product that had been shipped in error is excluded from this.
All product must be received in new, saleable condition. Any damage to packaging may incur a re-box fee.
12v products are non-returnable and shall be considered final sale.
All shipping packages being returned must have your company name & RGA clearly marked.
All returns are subject to inspection and must meet manufacturer policy specifications to be eligible for return / credit.
Credit will be issued to your account (minus any restock fees) after the product has been inspected and is deemed as new & saleable. If it is not, your CTP sales rep will contact you, advise of the issues and determine a plan of action from there.
If you have a warranty issue, this cannot be returned via the RGA process. Please refer to our warranty policy for the proper process detail.
Each account has a max return amount up to 20% of previous year purchases.
